How secure is my information?
We use a High grade AES-256 256 bit encryption algorithm to ensure protection.

ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our
e-commerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a
matched pair with the transmission from your compute transmission and our
server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is
entered into Paypal SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted
and sent directly to Paypal credit card provider's network, where your card and
transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not
stored on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through Paypal Checkout. This allows for us to

Are your products 100% cruelty free?
Yes! Absolutely. We absolutely do NOT condone animal abuse nor testing products
on animals of any sort, and strive to look for vendors that have the same moral
outlook for earths animals as we do.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally! When you place an order at our
estore, at 'your shopping cart contents' section you'll see estimate shipping
which will calculate the shipping costs for you. All orders must be paid in Australian
Dollar by PayPal or Credit Card.
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. We ship customer's order with The Australia Post and cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time for international orders, as delays in customs are beyond our control. Delivery can be 2 to 6 weeks depending on the type of shipping you choose.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipment times vary depending on postal speeds and your physical location. In general we ask most customers to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery within Australia and 6 weeks for other countries.
What is your return policy?
Simply try our products for at least 30 days. If you are not completely
satisfied - for any reason(s) - return the product to us within 30 days for a
