Sydney Good Food & Wine Show 2013

Swallow Globe had a success exhibition at Sydney Good Food & Wine Show last June 28-30, 2013. All visitors enjoyed the desserts we had prepared and amazed with what they can do with Agar agar. Lots of them had asked for the recipes. 

The Agar agar has been highly recommended and used by international profile chefs either to make desserts or use it as ingredient for cooking.
