We Accept payment via funded Paypal account and Credit Card. Funded Paypal means you have had fund in your paypal account already. Alternatively, If you do not have a Paypal account, you can always pay by using your Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). All credit card payment is processed by Paypal. Paypal provides Safer and Easier way for you to pay online and we are proud to be Paypal Verified Merchant.

We at Swallow Globe Online Store want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and fast. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy. Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. The carrier of choice is AusPost. Orders placed by 2:00PM AET will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY.

We ship anywhere within Australia and New Zealand; Please contact our Customer Service for shipping to other countries.

Please Note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. All orders are shipped by AusPost wherever possible. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m.

Please allow up-to 2 weeks for delivery, except in some areas such as Australian Territories, where it may take longer.

Simply try our products for at least 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - return the product to us within 30 days for a complete purchase price refund less shipping & handling fees.

We reserve the right to not acknowledge returns without the proper return procedure as outlined above. We will issue your refund to the card used at time of purchase within 5 7 business days of receipt of your returned goods along with proper documentation.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or DHL or insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our place of business.


* Full refund limited to returns of product valued at $200 or less. If product was on sale at time of purchase, sale price will be refunded back, and not current pricing. There is an additional 25% restocking fee (deducted from the refund amount) for returns over $200. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.


In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
