AGAR-AGAR POWDER

This is the most popular and best selling Agar-Agar Powder used for making desserts. It is also used for thickening, gel or set savory or sweet foods without any effect on flavor. It does not need previous hydration and has a great gelling power, about 10 times higher than gelatin of animal origin.

Agar-Agar Powder is used in sweet dishes (fruit jellies, jams, creams, cakes, custards) as well as in savory dishes (vegetable jelly, pate, soup, sauce and gravy, rice dishes).

 Ingredients: Agar-Agar Powder, Vanilla Powder

 Serving Direction:

Add one sachet of Agar-Agar Swallow Globe Brand® to 900 cc of drinking water at a slow boil and stir until dissolve. Add 120 g sugar ( or according to taste ) and stir well. Pour into a mould and let it cool.

KANTEN KIT

 

Kanten Kit is the best and convenient way to add dietary fibre in our daily food without changing taste. Just pour one sachet in your rice before cooking. Ensure all family members have adequate daily fibre intake.

 Ingredient:    100% pure Kanten/Agar-Agar powder.

 Serving Directions:

  • Rinse rice, add water according to the measurement, add 1 sachet of KantenKit, stir well and is ready to be cooked as usual.

  • Add one sachet KantenKit  into 1000ml water ( or more as needed) for soup or gravy food (include gravy food with coconut milk). Add other ingredients and spices, cooked well.

KRISTAL AGAR

A great Asian delicacy for all occasions, Kristal Agar contains agar-agar and jelly powder with tropical fruits flavours. Vegetarian product with hi-fiber and calcium. Easy to prepare and loved by all ages. Kristal Agar can be served as noodle form, ice fruit mix, salad and pudding. Kristal Agar comes in four flavours: Strawberry, Pineapple, Lychee and Orange.

 Ingredients: Agar-Agar Powder, Jelly Powder,  Fruit Flavour.

 Serving Direction:

1. Mix  gently Kristal Agar with 200 g of sugar or according to taste, stir evenly.

2. Pour 900 ml of water, boil and stir until dissolved (about 2 minutes).  Turn off the flame and keep stirring for  another 3 minutes. 

3. Prepare small slices of fruits and put into the mould. Pour Kristal Agar mixture into the mould and let

     it cool, then keep in the refrigerator before serve.
